Exhibition - Hajj, Journey to the heart of Islam

As I was flicking through what was being displayed, I came across this minimal sculpture.
I fell in love with the way the holy pilgrim has been portrayed, in such a powerful yet delicate manner.
How the Ka'abah in Makkah draws in the Muslims as does a magnet to iron filings.
I would really love to go see this exhibition, however nearer to home in Manchester there is an exhibition on at Whitworth Art Gallery which coincides with this one called 'The Devils Wall by Idris Khan'.
And there will be a talk on the 13th of April by 'Ahmed Mater' and I definitely hope to go to that.
